Pricing Structure:

I offer flat-rate pricing for landscape design services based on the size of your property. Whether you’re designing a full outdoor space or just a small section, I provide custom solutions tailored to your needs.

$950 for properties between 1/8 acre to 1 acre
Includes:
- Conceptual layouts for hardscape and softscape areas
- Detailed planting plans with species recommendations
- Outdoor lighting recommendations
- Inspirational photos to help visualize
  Note: Irrigation systems are not included.
$350 per sheet (minimum)
For smaller outdoor areas or detailed sections of larger landscapes, the per-sheet pricing applies when the total project is less than 1/4 acre or doesn’t exceed the $350 minimum.

Additional Services:

On-site Analysis & Consultation (Knoxville, TN area): $150
3D Renderings (optional): Starting at $500 for basic renderings

You will receive:

A copy of the signed contract, outlining the project scope and terms.
A PDF of the completed design (printed copies provided for East Tennessee clients).
Guaranteed satisfaction—I’ll work with you until the design meets your expectations.
One free revision.
An itemized invoice for transparency.

Please note:

Initial consultations are free; however, a 50% down payment is required when signing the contract to begin design services.

Architectural stamps are not offered at this time.
No refunds are provided once services are rendered.
Clients are responsible for executing landscape renovations themselves, including connecting with and hiring a contractor to carry out the work.
