Pricing & Policies

My pricing is clear and competitive, based on property size, ensuring transparency from the start. Whether designing a full landscape or refining a smaller section, I’ll craft a plan that balances creativity, functionality, and your unique style.

(Pricing based on residential single-family homes)

Base Rate:

  • $950 for properties between 1/8 and 1/4 acre

  • $1,750 for properties between 1/4 and 1/2 acre

  • $2,500 for properties between 1/2 and 1 acre

A $500 down deposit is required before work begins and will be applied to the final cost.

Included Services:

Every project includes the following at no additional cost:

  • Site Visit (East TN area): A detailed on-site evaluation tailored to your property.

  • Site Analysis and Measurements: Ensuring precise design solutions.

  • Consultations: 1–2 hours of collaborative discussions to align the design with your goals.

  • Review Meeting (In-Person): A follow-up meeting to review and finalize the design details.

  • Project Timeline: I strive to deliver high-quality designs promptly. While I offer an approximate two-week turnaround for all services, exact timelines vary depending on the project’s size and complexity. I’ll work closely with you to ensure your project stays on track without compromising quality.

  • Revisions: One round of revisions is included. Additional revisions are charged at $50/hour with a $50 minimum.

    Note: Irrigation systems are not included.

Add-Ons:

For clients seeking additional enhancements, the following services are available:

  • Detail Sheets: Custom planting plans, lighting layouts, and hardscape specifications. Pricing varies based on scope, ranging from $200–$600 per sheet.

  • 3D Renderings: Visualize your landscape design with stunning 3D renderings. Prices start at $1,000, with final costs determined by the project size and level of detail.

You will receive:

  • A copy of the signed contract, outlining the project scope and terms.

  • A PDF and a 24” x 36” printed sheet of the completed design.

  • Guaranteed satisfaction—I’ll work with you until the design meets your expectations.

  • One free revision.

  • An itemized invoice for transparency.

Accepted payment methods:

  • United States: Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, check

  • Canada: e-transfer

Please note:

  • No refunds are provided once services are rendered.

  • Clients are responsible for executing the architectural builds, including hiring and coordinating with contractors for construction.
