    However, if you decide to cancel your project before the initial kick-off meeting has taken place, you may do so by contacting us via email at info@draftbycarly.com. We kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary delays or complications.
    Refunds, if applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please allow us reasonable time to process your refund request and address any associated administrative procedures.
